以食用菌栽培基质为试材,采用新型环保消毒剂CTP-3和微波方法,研究了100%、50%、25%、10%、5%、2.5%6种CTP-3浓度和30、60、90、120、150、180、210、240、270、300s10个微波作用时间对食用菌常用栽培基质中大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、木霉菌的灭菌效果,并选取其中最难以清除的菌体使用微波和消毒剂共同作用,观察杀菌效果。结果表明:消毒剂作用时,枯草芽孢杆菌在CTP-3 25%浓度下还有生长;大肠杆菌和木霉菌在消毒剂浓度为10%之后才有生长;而微波作用菌液时,大肠杆菌在微波240s后全部杀完,木霉菌在微波210s后全部杀完,而枯草芽孢杆菌在270s才全部杀灭,所以枯草芽孢杆菌是最难彻底清除的细菌;当消毒剂稀释10倍,并微波处理180s共同作用后可以完全杀菌。
