李建新男,汉族,1953年10月出生,中共党员,硕士研究生,高级工程师,现任长丰(集团)有限责任公司(原中国人民解放军第七三一九工厂)董事长、党委书记,全国人大代表。1984年,李建新经民主选举担任厂长(1996年企业改制后任董事长)以来,开拓创新、锐意进取,积极推进企业内部改革,转换经营机制,改善企业管理,狠抓产品开发与市场开拓,将一个濒临亏损的小企业发展成为国家和军队生产轻型越野汽车的定点厂,闯出了一条老牌军工企业军转民高速发展的新路子。
