目的:研究石见穿的化学成分。方法:利用系统溶剂提取法、正相和反相硅胶柱色谱法、制备HLPC法经进行分离和纯化,采用谱学技术(NMR谱,MS,UV等)进行结构鉴定。结果:从石见穿醋酸乙酯部位分离得到3,5,7-三羟基色原酮(Ⅰ),山柰酚(Ⅱ),5,7,4′-三羟基二氢黄酮醇(Ⅲ),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基安息香酸(Ⅳ)及丁香脂素(Ⅴ)5个化合物。结论:化合物Ⅲ~Ⅴ是首次从该植物分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of stone see through. Methods: HLPC method was used to separate and purify the compounds by systematic solvent extraction, normal phase and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. The structures were identified by spectroscopic techniques (NMR, MS, UV, etc.). Results: Separation of 3,5,7-trihydroxychromone (Ⅰ), kaempferol (Ⅱ), 5,7,4’-trihydroxyflavanone (Ⅲ) , 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzoic acid (Ⅳ) and syringalin (Ⅴ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅲ ~ Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
