为观察碘伏涂布紫草油纱在Ⅱ度烧伤创面上的早期应用效果,将烧伤后12小时内入院的164例病人分别应用碘伏涂布紫草油纱和磺胺嘧啶锌治疗,结果表明两者有显著差异。碘伏涂布紫草油纱组病人疼痛及水肿减轻时问早,治愈时间缩短,瘢痕增生减少。结论:碘伏涂布紫草油纱包扎疗法不失为Ⅱ度烧伤后创而早期处理的有效措施,而且临床应用越早,疗效越显著。
In order to observe the early application of iodophor coating Bupleurum yam on second-degree burn wounds, 164 patients who were hospitalized within 12 hours after burn were treated with iodophor coating Lithospermum oil and sulfadiazine zinc respectively.
