针对目前中频感应加热电源模拟控制的不足,本文提出一种基于DSPTMS320LF2407微控制器为控制核心的感应加热系统、以数字化为基础的复合PID控制策略的方案。此种控制方案具有电路结构简单、能实现频率自动跟踪等优点。
In view of the current lack of analog control of IF induction heating power supply, this paper presents a digital PID control strategy based on DSPTMS320LF2407 microcontroller as the core of the induction heating system. This kind of control scheme has the advantages of simple circuit structure, automatic frequency tracking.
