目的：探讨时间护理干预对高血压病人用药疗效的影响。方法：选取2013年10月-2015年2月我院收治的168例高血压患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为对照组和研究组，每组各84例，对照组采用常规护理模式，研究组采用时间护理干预，综合比较两组患者治疗效果和用药情况。结果：研究组显效率为88.1%，高于对照组的72.6%（p0.05）；研究组患者遵医嘱按时、按剂量、按次数服药情况均优于对照组（p<0.05）。结论：时间护理干预能有效改善高血压病患者用药情况，提高治疗效果和治疗依从性，值得临床推广使用。“,”Objective To investigate effects of time nursing intervention for drug efficacy of patients with hypertension.Methods 168 cases of hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were 84 cases.Research group were treated with time nursing intervention.Control group were treated with routine care mode.The clinical efficacy and drug use of two groups were compared.Results The significant efficiency rate of research group was 88.1%,which was higher than 72.6% of control group (P0.05).The prescribed time,dose and numbers of research group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Time nursing intervention can effectively improve treatment and drug use compliance of patients with blood pressure.It’s worthy of clinical widely used.
