副溶血性弧菌是一种革兰氏阴性杆菌,普遍存在于自然界中的,是引发人类食源性疾病的一种重要的细菌。目前已发现该病菌的致病机理,是由其几种毒力因子合力作用的结果,其毒力因子主要是由它的侵袭因子、溶血性毒素、摄铁系统等组成。因其具有嗜盐性,所以在水产品种较为常见,是沿海地区引起人们腹泻、肠痉挛、恶心、呕吐等典型肠道类症的常见致病菌。近年来,由副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒事件逐渐增多,而且也领先于其他食源性致病菌弧菌类的其他菌型,人们对其的关注和重视程度也逐年增多,各种类型的检测方法也逐渐替代了传统的生化鉴定实验。基于其污染范围广、传染性强,对其做出更快速、便捷、准确的检测方法,已成为保障人体健康的迫切需求。本文就副溶血性弧菌毒力因子的研究进展进行综述,为进一步增强对副溶血性弧菌的检测和治疗提供参考依据。

It has been found that the pathogenic mechanism of the bacterium is caused by the synergistic effect of several virulence factors, and its virulence factor is mainly composed of its invasion factor, hemolytic toxin and iron-producing system. Because of its halophilic, it is more common in aquatic species, is a common pathogen causing typical intestinal diseases such as diarrhea, intestinal spasm, nausea and vomiting in the coastal areas. In recent years, food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus gradually increased, but also ahead of other food-borne pathogenic bacteria other fungi Vibrio species, people pay more attention and attention also increased year by year, all kinds of The type of detection method is gradually replacing the traditional biochemical identification experiment. Because of its wide range of pollution and high contagiousness, it has become an urgent need to safeguard human health because of its faster, convenient and accurate detection methods. This review summarizes the research progress on the virulence factors of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and provides a reference for further enhancing the detection and treatment of Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
