沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)为胡颓子科(Elaeagnaceae)植物,别名醋柳、酸刺。其果实为藏族、蒙古族和维吾尔族的常用药,唐代《四部医典》等历代藏、蒙医药文献均有记载,有较久的药用历史。其功能祛痰止咳、消食化滞、活血散瘀。用于咳嗽痰多、肺脓肿、慢性支气管炎、胸闷、消化不良、胃痛、跌打瘀肿、闭经等症。近年来,国内学者在药理和临床方面对沙棘果进行了大量的研究工作。在资源开发、食品工业、制药工业及医疗保健等方面越来越受重视。为提供药材鉴定依据及发掘整理少数民族医药遗产,本文对
Seabuckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) is a plant of the Elaeagnaceae family, which is known as vinegar and sour. Its fruit is commonly used by Tibetans, Mongolians, and Uygurs. The Tang Dynasty’s “Dept. of Medicine” and other historical Tibetan and Mongolian medical literature are all recorded and have a long history of medicinal use. Its function is to stop cough, eliminate food stagnation, and promote blood circulation. For cough, lung abscess, chronic bronchitis, chest tightness, indigestion, stomach pain, bruises, amenorrhea embolism.
