党性,是共产党员立身、立业、立言、立德的基石,是党员先进性的根本标志,也是党员干部区别于普通群众的基本特性。党性,不会随着党龄的增长而提高,它需要通过教育和规范才能得到增强。当前社会上存在违背政治纪律和政治规矩的种种现象,都与党性缺失、党性不强直接相连。加强对党员干部教育培训,增强党性修养,提升党性锻炼水平,是党校的重要职能和根本任务。强化党性理论教学内容;创新党性教育教学管理方式,提高党性教育实效是当前各级党校在培训活动中履职尽责的基本要求。
Party spirit is the cornerstone of the party members in establishing themselves, making their own merits, standing on their own feet and building their own virtue. It is the fundamental symbol of the advanced nature of party members and the basic characteristic of distinguishing party members and cadres from ordinary people. Party spirit will not increase with the growth of party membership. It needs to be enhanced through education and norms. All kinds of phenomena existing in the current society that violate the political discipline and political rules are directly linked to the lack of party spirit and the weak party spirit. To strengthen the education and training of party members and cadres, enhance their sense of party spirit, and enhance the level of party spirit training are the important functions and fundamental tasks of party schools. Strengthening the teaching content of the theory of the party spirit; innovating the teaching management of the party sex education and improving the effectiveness of the party spirit education are the basic requirements for the party schools at all levels to fulfill their duties in training activities.
