为了推动课堂教学改革,构建高效课堂,2012年我校大力倡导和实施“先学后教,当堂训练”的教学模式。学校安排两批骨干教师外出赴河南省焦作市永威学校学习培训一周,归来后分别作了专题报告并进行示范课教学,后来又制定和出台了课改实施方案,所有科任教师依次进行了公开课、汇报课,通过三学年的学习和实施,我不断总结课改中的成功经验,明确课改中的不足和改进之处。现就“先学后教,当堂训练”教学模式的实施谈谈自己的
In order to promote classroom teaching reform and build efficient classrooms, in 2012 our school vigorously advocated and implemented a teaching mode of “teaching first, training after another”. The school arranged two groups of key teachers to go to Yongwei School of Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, to study and train for a week. After returning, they made special reports and conducted demonstration courses respectively. Later, they formulated and promulgated the curriculum reform program, Open class, report class, through three years of study and implementation, I continue to summarize the successful experience of curriculum reform, a clear curriculum deficiencies and improvements.
