黑龙江省鸡西市是全国重要的煤炭生产基地之一,煤炭工业是全市的主导产业和税收的重要来源,但是地方煤矿生产的科学计量与税费的应收尽收问题始终困扰着财税部门和政府决策层。为解决这一难题,鸡西市把网络技术应用于地方煤矿安全和税收监控体系建设,创出了具有地方特色的税收监控网络体系,不仅增加了税收,强化了安全保障,还促进了政府职能的转化,优化了煤炭企业的发展环境。
Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province is one of the important coal production bases in China. The coal industry is an important source of the city’s leading industries and tax revenue.
