目的探讨股动脉穿刺法同步换血治疗新生儿重症疾病的可行性及有效性,并使该技术在新生儿疾病中得到广泛应用。方法采用股动脉、头皮静脉做换出、换入途径,置换出体内1.5~2倍血量救治红细胞葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PD)缺陷致重症高胆红素血症及胆红素脑病、新生儿败血症、新生儿溶血病。结果术后总胆红素及间接胆红素分别下降了49.55%及45.97%(P<0.01),迅速改善了机体内环境。结论股动脉穿刺法同步换血疗效好,副作用少,操作简便且节省人力、财力,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of simultaneous exchange transfusion with femoral artery puncture for the treatment of severe neonatal diseases and to make it widely used in neonatal diseases. Conclusions The femoral artery puncture method has the advantages of simultaneous blood exchange and good curative effect, less side effects, easy operation and less manpower and financial resources, so it is worth popularizing and applying in the primary hospital.
