目的通过调查门诊及病房处方不合理用药情况,促进和提高我院药物合理应用水平。方法对我院2008年2月至5月门诊及病房处方4956张,了解我院不合理用药情况,对处方中重复用药、联用增大毒性、两用降低药效、溶媒不合理及选药不合理、用法、用量、疗程不合理等情况进行全面调查。结果不合理用药处方张,占抽查处方总数的。结论我院用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,同时临床医师与药师共同加强药学知识的学习。
Objective To promote and improve the rational use of drugs in our hospital by investigating unreasonable drug use in outpatient and ward prescriptions.
