构建合理的高职师资队伍,是培养社会所需大量技术人才的基础。师资队伍建设应结合高职院校实际情况出发,从师德师风建设,教师教学实践能力,教师的培养,教师队伍结构的优化等多方面的考虑。
Constructing a reasonable contingent of higher vocational teachers is the basis for training a large number of skilled personnel required by the society. The construction of teaching staff should be based on the actual conditions of higher vocational colleges. Consideration should be given to such aspects as the construction of teachers’ morality, the ability of teachers’ teaching practice, the training of teachers and the optimization of teachers’ team structure.
