近年来,中小企业在经济发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色,作为最活跃的经济细胞在许多方面都有着举足轻重的作用。但广大中小企业的人力资源管理并不容乐观,存在着许多问题如:家族式管理、人才观念陈旧、人才稳定性差、激励方法单一等。本文通过对这些问题的分析,从而提出了转变人才观念、优化激励制度和培训制度、建设企业文化等一些解决中小企业人力资源管理的具体对策和建议。
In recent years, SMEs play an increasingly important role in economic development. As the most active economic cell, SMEs play a decisive role in many aspects. However, the majority of small and medium enterprises human resource management is not optimistic, there are many problems such as: family management, outdated talent concept, poor stability of personnel, incentives and other single. Based on the analysis of these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to solve the human resources management of SMEs by changing the concepts of talents, optimizing the system of incentives and training, establishing the corporate culture and so on.
