According to a survey released on the eve of the CeBIT Hi-Tech event, sending and receiving e-mail, downloading music and watching television are the new services consumers most want on their phones. According to AFP, the communications giant Siemens recently surveyed 5,300 mobile phone users from eight countries and asked them what kind of application they are going to urge them to upgrade their existing mobile phones. As a result, they found entertainment and e-mail topped the list. Seventy-four percent of surveyed users said they want to send and receive e-mails on the road, and most of them said job-related communications are their number one priority.
