党的十六届三中全会指出,个体、私营等非公有制经济是促进我国社会生产力发展的重要力量,要大力发展和积极引导非公有制经济。与沿海经济发达地区相比,我省民营经济发展的速度、规模、效益诸方面均有较大差距,必须采取积极有效的措施,促进民营经济加快发展、迎头赶上。为此,本刊特选登几位县级领导提出的思路和做法,供读者参考。
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee pointed out: Non-public ownership and private ownership are important forces for promoting the development of social productive forces in our country. We should vigorously develop and actively guide the non-public ownership economy. Compared with the economically developed coastal areas, there is a big gap between the private economy in our province in terms of speed, scale and efficiency. We must take active and effective measures to speed up the development of the private economy and catch up with the situation. To this end, our magazine selected a few county leaders proposed ideas and practices for readers reference.
