本文采用 FTIR、粘度法、GPC、1 3C- NMR、X-射线衍射和 TGA等方法 ,对通过悬浮聚合制备的超高分子量聚丙烯腈 (UHMW- PAN)的结构和热性能进行了测定 ,确定了其化学组成和分子量 ,发现其立体规整度、结晶度和热稳定性高于常规聚丙烯腈 (PAN) ,是制备中空纤维膜的较理想材料。
In this paper, the structure and thermal properties of ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile (UHMW-PAN) prepared by suspension polymerization were determined by means of FTIR, viscometry, GPC, 1 3C- NMR, X-ray diffraction and TGA. Its chemical composition and molecular weight, found that its stereoregularity, crystallinity and thermal stability than conventional polyacrylonitrile (PAN), is the ideal material for the preparation of hollow fiber membranes.
