In order to help domestic copper producers overcome the shortage of raw materials, China will provide a VAT refund policy for 12 million t / a copper concentrate for a term of 3 years. 30% of the VAT will be returned to the copper smelter for environmental improvement; the remaining 70% will be used together for the development of copper mines abroad. China’s imports of copper concentrate levy 13% of the large-scale value-added tax of copper concentrate return VAT
