吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床效果观察

目的探讨吸入性布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效,为后续的临床治疗提供参考。方法将收治的106例急性感染性喉炎的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给以止咳祛痰以及氧气支持等基础治疗,对照组此外还加入常规治疗,观察组患儿接受吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组临床总有效率为92.4%,对照组为75.4%,两组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患儿各项症状消失时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床采用吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎疗效确切,值得参考使用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of inhalation of budesonide suspension in the treatment of acute infection laryngitis in children and provide reference for follow-up clinical treatment. Methods 106 children with acute infectious laryngitis admitted were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were given the basic treatment of cough and expectorant and oxygen support, the control group also added routine treatment, the observation group received inhaled budesonide suspension inhalation therapy, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate was 92.4% in the observation group and 75.4% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The symptom disappearance time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical use of inhaled budesonide suspension atomization inhalation for the treatment of children with acute infectious laryngitis is effective and worthy of reference.
