临汾旅游资源丰富,如何实现跨越式发展是“十二五”期间面临的重要课题,组建旅行社企业集团是摆脱目前旅行社行业“经营分散、实力弱、规模小、效益差”的现状和提高旅行社综合能力的有效途径。本文结合临汾旅游产业和中国旅行社业现状,对旅行社企业集团的组建模式进行了探讨。
