4050人员是城市就业困难群体。他们上有老、下有小,经济压力很大。很多用工单位嫌他们年龄偏大,不愿意吸纳他们就业。希望地方政府多开发一些公益性岗位,帮助这部分人员实现再就业,以解决他们的实际困难。
4050 people are urban employment difficulties groups. They are old and have little, with great economic pressure. Many employers think they are too old and do not want to attract them to work. It is hoped that local governments will develop more public welfare posts and help these people to get reemployed so as to solve their actual difficulties.
