群众文化是我国文化大繁荣大发展的基石,群众文化是社会主义精神文明的重要内容,群众文化是整个文化中重要的组成部分,群众文化是和谐社会的基本构成元素之一。发展群众文化要积极树立品牌意识,推动品牌效应。只有这样,群众文化才能发挥其号召力,才可持续发展,才能满足人民群众日益增长的文化需求。本文从服务社会,承担社会主义文化大繁荣大发展的责任;以人为本,满足人民日益增长的文化需求;树立形象,提升一个城市的品位和形象三个方面阐述品牌对群众文化发展的重要意义,并以北京市延庆县为例,从人无我有,坚持可持续发展;人有我优,坚持凸显特色发展;人优我绝,坚持创新发展三个途径讨论了如何打造群众文化品牌。
The mass culture is the cornerstone of the great development of our country’s great culture and mass culture is an important part of socialist spiritual civilization. Mass culture is an important part of the whole culture, and mass culture is one of the basic components of a harmonious society. To develop mass culture should actively establish brand awareness and promote brand effect. Only in this way will the mass culture make its appeal for sustainable development so as to meet the growing cultural needs of the people. This article elaborates the importance of brand to the development of mass culture from three aspects: serving the society, undertaking the great development of socialist culture, fulfilling the people’s growing cultural needs, establishing the image and upgrading the taste and image of a city Taking Yanqing County in Beijing as an example, we have made a sustained effort to develop a culture of the masses by persisting in sustainable development. People have merit. They insist on highlighting the development of characteristics.
