十年前中国资本市场处于发展的初期,急需高端证券人才,而传统的高等教育和研究院所,受制于教育主管部门监管的学科和专业目录的限制,很难培养证券方向的高端人才。在这一背景下,深圳证券交易所抓住先机,勇立潮头,前瞻性地设立了证券博士后工作站,并用证券行业公开、公平、公正的原则,通过考试遴选的方式录取,而非一般的通过申请进入博士后的方式。
