In the recent three decades, the world’s soybean oil and soybean protein needs increasing, the production of soybean oil, food and feed soy protein industry has been large-scale development. A variety of powdered, granular, concentrated and isolated soy protein is increasingly applied to a variety of foods. In the United States, soybean oil accounts for about 80% of edible vegetable oil.
