研究了一种对1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢进行气体渗氮的工艺方法,采用较高温度在奥氏体区渗氮,通过多次试验摸索出一种较好的工艺方法,并用显微镜、硬度计等对渗氮后试样的渗层深度、裂纹情况、表面硬度、阶梯硬度等进行了测试分析。结果表明:采用温度(625±5)℃渗氮、(640±5)℃退氮的三段渗氮方法,可以满足1Cr11Mo Ni W1VNb N钢渗层深度逸0.25 mm、表面维氏硬度739~840 HV的技术要求。
A method for gas nitriding of 1Cr11Mo NiW1VNbN steel was studied. Nitriding at higher temperature in the austenite region was studied, and a better process method was found through multiple tests. Microscopy, hardness tester, etc. After nitriding sample depth of infiltration, cracks, surface hardness, hardness and other tests were carried out. The results show that the depth of nitrided layer of 1Cr11Mo NiW1VNbNi is 0.25 mm, the surface Vickers hardness is 739 ~ 840 and the three-step nitriding method of nitriding at (625 ± 5) ℃ and (640 ± 5) HV technical requirements.
