作者以海虾致死实验(BST)为药理活性指标,从大哥纳香Goniothalamus giganteus的茎皮乙醇提取物中分离到二个新化合物gi-gantetrocin(1)和gigntriocin(5)。化合物(1)为无定形粉末,rap80~81C,〔a〕_D~(25)+10.3°,高分辨质谱给出分子式C_(35)H_(64)O_7;化合物(5)为白色针晶,mp69~71C,[a]_D~(25)+180°,高分辨质谱给出分子式C_(25)H_(64)O_6。通过IR、UV、~1HNMR和~(13)CNMR确定了它们的结构式。药理实验表明化合物(1)和(5)具有鼠体内抗白血病活性,对培养的人体肿瘤细胞具有显著
The authors used the shrimp fatality test (BST) as an indicator of pharmacological activity. Two new compounds, gi-gantetrocin (1) and gigntriocin (5), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the bark of Gonothalamus giganteus. Compound (1) is an amorphous powder, rap80~81C, [a]_D~(25)+10.3°, high-resolution mass spectrometry gives molecular formula C_(35)H_(64)O_7, compound (5) is white needle crystal, Mp69 ~ 71C, [a]_D ~ (25) +180 °, high-resolution mass spectrometry gives the molecular formula C_ (25) H_ (64) O_6. Their structural formulas were confirmed by IR, UV, ~1HNMR and ~(13)CNMR. Pharmacological experiments have shown that compounds (1) and (5) have anti-leukemia activity in mice and have significant effects on human tumor cells cultured.
