目的:观察不同浓度F-对牙髓细胞亚细胞结构的直接影响。方法:鼠牙髓细胞体外培养,透射电镜观察。结果:10mg/L、25mg/LF-组随F-浓度增加,细胞内粗面内质网逐渐扩张,游离核蛋白体减少;50mg/LF-组,细胞内部结构变化明显,染色质分布不均,细胞器萎缩,膜结构模糊。结论:高浓度F-(50mg/L)对牙髓细胞结构、代谢和分裂增殖活动有抑制性影响
Objective: To observe the direct effects of different concentrations of F- on pulp cell subcellular structure. Methods: The dental pulp cells were cultured in vitro and observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results: In 10mg / L, 25mg / LF- group, with the increase of F-concentration, the rough endoplasmic reticulum in the cells gradually expanded and the number of free nucleoprotein decreased. In the group of 50mg / L, the internal structure of the cells changed obviously, , Organelles atrophy, fuzzy membrane structure. CONCLUSION: High concentration of F- (50mg / L) has an inhibitory effect on dental pulp cell structure, metabolism and division and proliferation activities
