在线材轧机的盘卷机后,从高温盘卷中取样检查,是保证产品质量的一个重要工序。但在靠近温度高达800℃的盘卷上进行人工取样,却是很不安全的笨重体力劳动。为了消除笨重体力劳动和改善工作条件,在250连续式线材轧机的盘卷机后,设置了自动取样装置。该装置(图1)由轧件(线材)的抓取机构和剪切机构两个主要部分组成。它由功率为8千瓦的电动机1带动蜗轮减速器2驱动,减速器的低速轴和装有扇形齿轮4及齿轮5的轴3相连结,而齿轮5和装在轴7上的齿轮6相啮合,在轴7上还装有扇形齿轮8。
