1994年5月,应山东省邀请,北荷兰省省长J·A·范·科莫纳德率政府暨经济代表团访问山东济南、青岛、烟台。在鲁期间,赵志浩省长与范科莫纳德省长共同签署了建立友好省际关系意向书;宋法棠副省长与代表团进行了工作会谈,就两省间进一步加强友好合作及重点合作领域与方式等达成了共识。
In May 1994, at the invitation of Shandong Province, JA van Comonard, governor of North Holland, led a government and economic delegation to visit Shandong, Jinan, Qingdao and Yantai.
