过去的研究认为,水稻幼苗在三叶期前为异养阶段,所需的养分主要靠种子胚乳供给,一般不需从土壤中吸收养分。在开始推广温室无土秧时,对断乳期前的秧苗是不施肥的。生产实践证明,这种秧苗的素质不够理想。为了提高无土秧的秧苗素质,1977—1978年,我们应用同位素示踪技术配合我院粮作所进行无土肥水育秧的研究,证明三叶期施肥,是提高无土秧素质的有效措施。
Past research suggests that the seedlings of rice are heterotrophic before the trefoil stage and that the nutrients needed are mainly supplied by the seed endosperm, generally without nutrient uptake from the soil. In the beginning of the promotion of greenhouse seedless seedlings, seedlings before weaning is not fertilized. Production practice has proved that the quality of this seedling is not ideal. In order to improve the quality of seedlings without soil seedling, from 1977 to 1978, we applied isotope tracing technique to the study of soilless fertilization and seedling cultivation in our institute. The results showed that applying fertilizer in the three-leaf stage was an effective measure to improve the quality of soilless seedling.
