我院自1974年发现和报道铁粒幼细胞性贫血腐例后,至1977年底已收治本病12例(包括中华内科杂志1977年第一期报道的2例在内)。现将12例临床资料及中西医结合治疗情况,分析讨论如下。
In our hospital since 1974 found and reported cases of iron-born myeloid leukemia, by the end of 1977, 12 patients had been treated (including 2 cases reported in the first issue of Chinese Internal Medicine in 1977).
