目的了解医院保洁人员医院感染防护知识状况,探讨其培训及管理方法。方法通过问卷调查方式,对医院保洁工的医院感染防护知识现状进行了考察,提出培训和管理对策。结果该院保洁人员的文化程度参差不齐,年龄偏大,接受能力低,流动性大,严重缺乏系统的医院感染相关知识。近两年新进27名保洁人员中,文盲率高达29.6%,有55.6%的保洁人员年龄超过50岁。结论该医院保洁人员文化层次较低,感染防护知识严重缺乏,必须加强保洁队伍建设和相关知识培训。
Objective To understand the status of nosocomial infection prevention knowledge among hospital staff and discuss their training and management methods. Methods By means of questionnaire survey, the status quo of hospital infection prevention knowledge of hospital cleaners was investigated, and the training and management countermeasures were put forward. Results The hospital cleaning staff of varying degrees of education, older, with low acceptability, mobility, a serious lack of systematic knowledge of hospital infection. Among the 27 newly recruited cleaning workers in the past two years, the illiteracy rate was as high as 29.6% and 55.6% of the cleaning workers were over 50 years of age. Conclusion The hospital cleaner staff culture is relatively low level, a serious lack of knowledge of infection protection, we must strengthen the building of cleaning team and related knowledge training.
