恶网的主要病变是在网状内皮系统,如骨髓、肝、脾、淋巴结,亦可侵及其它器官,异常网状细胞浸润是本病的病理基本特点,临床表现以发热、肝、脾、淋巴结肿大、贫血、进行性衰竭为特点。预后较差,临床症状复杂多样。现将近年文献中关于本病的误诊作一简要评述。
