当前我国高校研究生基层党支部建设中存在少数研究生党员个体功利主义现象,服务意识薄弱,研究生党员群体先进性不足,基层党组织凝聚力不强,文化传承缺失等问题。从组织行为学基本理论出发,研究生基层党支部应加强学习与行为塑造,强化自我教育与自我管理,重塑研究生党员新形象;加强基层党组织团队建设和组织文化建设,充分发挥研究生基层党支部的先进性作用。
At present, there are a few problems of individual utilitarianism, weak sense of service, lack of progressiveness of the postgraduates’ party members, weak cohesion of grass-roots party organizations and lack of cultural inheritance in the construction of the grassroots Party branches of postgraduates in China. Starting from the basic theory of organizational behavior, graduate grassroots party branch should strengthen learning and behavior shaping, strengthen self-education and self-management, reshape the new image of postgraduate party members; strengthen grass-roots party organizations and organizational culture, give full play to graduate grassroots Party branch Advanced role.
