为了降低功率器件高压大电流连续测试所需电源容量,提出了一种基于功率对冲的新型测试电路。该电路在测试过程中各相瞬时功率之和恒为零,只需要小容量的电源即可对功率器件、功率模块甚至整机进行高压大电流连续测试,从而为检验额定工况下开关器件的电压和电流应力、控制板的抗干扰能力、各元件水冷散热效果以及整个装置的损耗等提供了良好的平台。文中利用该测试电路对自行设计的三电平功率模块及配电网静止同步补偿器整机进行了测试,测试结果与现场运行情况吻合,证明所设计的测试电路与方法能满足高压大功率连续测试要求,具有广泛的应用价值。
In order to reduce the power capacity required for continuous testing of high voltage and high current power devices, a new test circuit based on power hedging is proposed. During the testing process, the instantaneous power sum of each phase is always zero. Only small capacity power supply is needed to test the high voltage and high current of power devices, power modules and even the whole machine. In order to test the switching device under rated conditions Voltage and current stress, anti-interference ability of the control panel, the cooling effect of the components and the entire device, etc. provide a good platform. The test circuit is used to test the self-designed three-level power module and the static synchronous compensator of the distribution network. The test results are consistent with the field operation, which proves that the designed test circuit and method can meet the requirements of high voltage and high power continuous Test requirements, has a wide range of application value.
