目的:观察针刺配合外治法治疗特异性皮炎(AD)的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组32例。治疗组予针刺配合局部外用药物治疗;对照组予抗组胺药配合局部外用药物治疗。观察2组临床疗效。结果:有效率治疗组为91.67%,对照组为68.75%,2组有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。2组干燥型疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合外治法治疗AD疗效明显。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with external treatment in treating atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group (32 cases). The treatment group was given acupuncture combined with topical drug treatment; the control group was treated with antihistamine combined with topical drug. Two groups were observed. Results: The effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 68.75% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate (P <0.05). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with external treatment of AD treatment of obvious effect.
