目的:分析磁共振成像技术在原发性三叉神经痛微血管减压术前诊断中的临床有效性。方法:选取该院2013年9月至2014年9月收治的患有原发性三叉神经痛患者80例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予常规CT扫描,观察组给予多体位磁共振扫描,比较分析两组临床疗效。结果:观察组阳性37例,对照组30例;观察组阴性3例,对照组10例;两组异常阳性率相比,观察组为92.50%,对照组为75.00%。比较两组数据,差距显著(χ~2=16.189 6,P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:磁共振成像技术用于原发性三叉神经痛微血管减压术前诊断中,能清晰显示三叉神经与邻近血管的关系,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of magnetic resonance imaging in the preoperative diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression. Methods: Eighty patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine CT scan. The observation group was given multi-position magnetic Resonance scanning, comparative analysis of two groups of clinical efficacy. Results: There were 37 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group. There were 3 cases in the observation group and 10 cases in the control group. The abnormal positive rate in the observation group was 92.50% and in the control group was 75.00%. Comparing the two groups of data, the difference was significant (χ ~ 2 = 16.189 6, P <0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging is a preoperative diagnosis of trigeminal neuralgia with microvascular decompression. It can clearly show the relationship between the trigeminal nerve and the adjacent blood vessels and has a high clinical value.
