The sequence analysis of the sedimentary composition of riparian terrains is of great significance for understanding the evolution history of the study area [1-7]. The Palong Zangbo River, the largest tributary of the north side of the Brahmaputra, is located in the southeast of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and east of the Gangdese-Nyainqentanglha geotectonic zone with active neotectonics [8,9]. Affected by the monsoon airstream over the Yarlung Zangbo River, precipitation is abundant and marine glaciers develop. Geological and climatic conditions have created the physiognomy of the deep canyon of Palong Zangbu and the frequent occurrence of various mountain hazards such as debris flows, landslides and slippery slope slopes (10).
