自七十年代以来,离体肾手术应用于临床,解决了以往许多肾脏手术中难以解决的技术问题。我院于1979年10月对一个因右肾患多发性铸型结石的患者进行了这种手术,术后效果良好,现报告如下:患者刘××男性、2 2岁、工人、住院号、210035,因右腰反复疼痛16年,经当地医院腹部平片确认为右肾多发性铸型结石于1979年9月7日入院。查体一般情况良好,血压80/120mmhg,其他无特殊。
