一、现状及原因分析目前“同课异构”活动已日益成为探索课堂教学模式的重要途径,“同课异构”一般是指不同教师上统一教材的内容,不同的教师在教学内容的选择、教学环节的安排、教学活动的设计及教学策略的运用等方面往往会有所不同。对比教师的处理方式,可以相互借鉴,取长补短,共同提高。笔者通过对于“同课异构”活动中一些公开课的比较发现不同年龄段的教师还是有明显的差异存在,尤其是新手教师和专家型教师的差异明显。二、英语课堂教学的有效性
