目的建立高效液相色谱法测定降压宁胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法采用KromasilC18色谱柱(5μm,150nm×4.6nm),以乙腈-水-冰醋酸(28:72:0.5)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min;柱温30℃;检测波长为230nm;进样量10μl。结果芍药苷在0.3165~1.8990μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998)。平均回收率为99.39%(RSD=0.81%)。结论该方法快速、简便,结果准确,可用于降压宁胶囊中芍药苷的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin content in GKN capsules. Methods A Kromasil C18 column (5μm, 150nm×4.6nm) was used with acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid (28:72:0.5) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the column temperature was 30°C, and the detection wavelength was 230nm. Amount 10μl. Results There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the range of 0.3165~1.8990μg (r=0.9998). The average recovery rate was 99.39% (RSD = 0.81%). Conclusion The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Paeoniflorin in GKN capsules.
