上海是一座大的工业城市,无疑也是我国电子工业的“大哥大”省市之一,但是在过去多年中,面对北京地区在计算机、软件等信息产业领域里的“捷足先登”和龙腾虎跃的表现,上海相对来说有些迟缓和逊色。不过,时过境迁,现在已今非昔比了。在半导体微电子领域,上海从研究开发、设计到生产、测试和销售正在形成日益完整而富有气势的产业框架,正朝着中国半导体及微电子中心地位迈进。
Shanghai is a large industrial city and is undoubtedly one of the “big brothers” provinces and cities of China’s electronics industry. However, in the past many years, Beijing’s performance in the computer industry, software, and other information industry sectors has been “pre-emptive” and performance by Long Teng’s tigers. Shanghai is relatively slow and inferior. However, the passage of time has now changed. In the field of semiconductor microelectronics, Shanghai is forming an increasingly complete and impetuous industrial framework from research and development, design, production, testing and sales, and is moving toward the status of China’s semiconductor and microelectronics center.
