企业在深化改革发展的历史新进程中,一方面企业发展和经营管理任务艰巨,需要发挥广大青工的激情与活力;另一方面青工承受的诸多社会压力、学习压力、生活压力中各种矛盾和摩擦,都会不同程度地体现在工作中。这就需要各企业加强人文关怀,创新思维,多方面、多途径不断加强对青工的思想政治工作,理顺情绪、化解矛盾、统一思想、稳定人心。本文试图从加强对青工的人文关怀和心理疏导进行分析研究,探索国有企业建设起一支阳光向上、团结进取、争创一流青工队伍的路径。
