吡那地尔(Pinacidil)是一新型抗高血压药物。该药是通过开放血管平滑肌细胞膜钾通道使之超极化,直接舒张血管壁而达到降低血压的目的。所以本品属钾通道开放剂。该药由丹麦利奥药厂(Leo Pharmaceuti-cal Products,2750 Ballerup,Denmark)开发。1986年5月首次在菲律宾上市。商品名:Pin-dac.1987年在丹麦上市,同时向一些欧州国家申请注册。在美国、南美、西班牙、西德、日本和我国台湾省已获准生产。1989年获美国FDA批准国内尚无单位开发。本品适用于各种严重的动脉型高血压。由于单用本品可产生水肿和反射性心动过速,因此常将本品与利尿药或β-阻滞剂联合
