归纳推理是以若干个别知识为前提,根据一般寓于特殊之中的原理,推出一般知识的结论的推理。通过这种思维形式,可以从若干个别事物的特点中找出普遍的特点。在刑事案件侦破工作中,侦查人员要想获得对一个具体案件的全部认识,往往需要运用归纳推理这种思维形式。本文将归纳推理在刑事案件中的并案作用与恢复犯罪过程的作用简述如下: 一、归纳推理在刑事案件侦查中的并案作用 在刑侦工作中,侦查人员考察若干刑事案件在某些主要方面有相同或者相似的地方,则可以推出所有这些案件均系同一罪犯所为。这就是根据归纳推理的逻辑特征推演出来的。因此,我们把这种推演形式叫做并案归纳推理。
