目的 观察各级硬化病人的肾血液动力学变化。资料与方法 35例肝硬化患者,其中A级15例,B级和C级各10例。用~(99m)TC—DTPA肾动态显像法测定其肾血浆流量及肾小球滤过率,同时检验其血尿素氮及肌酐值,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 A级肝硬化患者各项指标与对照组无差异;B级肝硬化患者与对照组存在显著差异;C级肝硬化患者则与对照组有非常显著性差异。结论 肝硬化患者确有肾血液动力学改变,其改变程度与肝功能不全程度有一定相关性、与血尿素氮、肌酐的改变密切相关。
Objective To observe the renal hemodynamic changes in patients with sclerosis at various stages. Materials and Methods 35 patients with liver cirrhosis, including 15 cases of A grade, B grade and C grade of 10 cases. Renal plasma flow and glomerular filtration rate were measured by ~ (99m) TC-DTPA renal dynamic imaging. Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine were measured at the same time, and compared with the normal control group. Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the patients with grade A cirrhosis. There was a significant difference between the patients with grade B cirrhosis and the control group, but there was a significant difference between the patients with grade C cirrhosis and the control group. Conclusion There is indeed a change in renal hemodynamics in patients with cirrhosis. The degree of change is related to the degree of hepatic insufficiency, which is closely related to the changes of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine.
