本文报道了番茄叶片诱导植株再生体系和ＴＣＳ基因转化体系的研究方法，“皮克”、“美引１１”２个番茄品种叶片的再生植株诱导率达到７０％以上；根的分化率达到９０％以上；同时，筛选出的ＴＣＳ基因转化体得到了分子生物学的证明，番茄品种的转化率分别为１．１３％和０．７２％。
