改变新型有机铋铜复盐(Gal-BiCu)催化剂的含量,采用不同类型和含量配比的增塑剂(苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、硝化甘油(NG)、醋酸甘油酯(TA)和吉钠(DINA))以及添加不同粒径炭黑的方法,研究了非铅绿色推进剂燃烧性能调节技术。结果表明,采用新型催化剂Gal-BiCu,10 MPa下推进剂燃速可在13.92~25.77 mm·s-1之间调节;6~15 MPa燃速压强指数0.2左右,加入炭黑后,8~22 MPa下推进剂燃烧平台效应明显,其燃烧性能较佳,可以在推进剂装药中应用。
