报告1989年3月至1990年3月应用与中国科学院联合研制的KDE-Ⅱ型体外冲击波碎石机治疗240例上尿路结石病人。总碎石率为99.58％,三个月内的排石率为89.70％。对并发症及其顶防进行了探索性讨论,提出预防或减少并发症的方法。
Report March 1989 to March 1990 application and the Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly developed KDE-Ⅱ extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of 240 patients with upper urinary tract stones. The total gravel ratio was 99.58%, and the stone discharge rate in three months was 89.70%. An exploratory discussion was given on complications and their top defense to suggest ways to prevent or reduce complications.
